Manufactured Home Parks (MHP) are great stream of revenue. MHPs and Communities are a complex property subgroup. If you are interested in finding out more, or analysis of a current park, or a Development, feel free to call. There are still investments with good value.
Whats Important
I am appreciative of the clients comments whose parks I have analyzed. The experience afforded me from our family building segued very well to MHP sales. An Oakland Hills resident area for 20 years. I grew up in San Mateo, graduated from Claremont Colleges, My previous work experience as a court reporter in the Bay area gave me great insight into negotiations, what not to do and what to avoid. Growing up with a father that was a judge set a precedence of ethics and integrity. I married my husband Dennis Meurer, from San Jose in 1995. They have two wonderful scholastic, caring, and athletic daughters, Hailey, 18, enjoying crew at with the Triton as UC San Diego, and Hannah, 22, currently majoring in Electrical Engineering and Japanese at NAU in Flagstaff. I have been involved with real estate development and remodeling for the past ten years. The real estate field was a natural extension of their contracting business, DLM Enterprises, and the court reporting field, along with living with her dad, a judge. Running construction jobs gave Maureen firsthand experience with negotiations, an integral part of the real estate transaction. Clients relay to me, that I have the same energy and quality of work in my professionalism. If your property is out of the area, or specialty, I will find a well-qualified and appropriate referral.
